Please note, that after the United Kingdom leaves the European Union on 1st January 2021, orders for delivery to Northern Ireland or outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to Customs and delivery delays until further notice. Unfortunately these issues are outside Total Home Environment's control. Please email support for more information on support@totalhome.co.uk.
Our online shopping system will calculate the gross weight of your shopping cart and apply the correct carriage charge to your order.
If you have not put your correct postcode within your contact details we cannot guarantee correct delivery.
Most items will be delivered within five working days of your order unless listed as out-of-stock, in which case please see the estimated back-in-stock date. We endeavour to keep our website up-to-date on in-stock items, but if you absolutely need something by a certain date, please call us on 0345 260 0123 to be put through to our despatch department.
SMALL ITEMS
Small items will be sent to you via Royal Mail post and you should receive them within five working days of making your order unless otherwise stated or unless we contact you.
LARGE / MORE VALUABLE ITEMS
Large items that cannot go by post or those items which are more valuable will be sent via courier within five working days or your order date unless otherwise stated or we contact you.
Goods going by courier will need to be signed-for and may be delivered any time between 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
If you are not there to receive the delivery, a card will be put through your door and you will need to arrange with the courier a suitable time for delivery. If you are 'carded' three times, the consignment will be delivered back to us and to have your items re-delivered to you will incur a second delivery charge.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE/TIME
It may be possible to arrange for delivery to be on a specific week day - for this option please call us as soon as possible after you have made your order on 0345 260 0123 and ask to be put through to the Despatch Department. Please make sure you have your order number ready (you will have received a confirmation email with this detail). Lines are open Monday-Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
We may even be able to arrange a Saturday/before 9am/before 10am/AM delivery, all of which may incurr an extra cost in addition to that stated on your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your specific delivery request, but we will try!
