We are sorry you are experiencing technical issues with your Aero (Heatbank), Genvex, HPV Series, Joule, PKOM 4 or Samsung heating or hot water system. Our offices are closed from Friday 22nd December at 4.30pm and will not reopen until Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Links to troubleshooting guides are available below, as is information on how to enable your electric immersion to provide hot water as a TEMPORARY solution. If you have tried looking through the guides and still have no heating or no hot water, please email xmassupport@totalhome.co.uk.
We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th December only, although assistance is limited.
